Automated response disclaimer

Our widget runs as a smart responder by default: it matches a visitor's wording against trigger words and answers that each account owner writes, and replies with those saved answers, so nothing is generated or invented. An account owner may switch their widget to AI Smart Assistant mode, in which replies are generated by a third-party model from the owner's saved facts and answers and can be wrong. In either mode answers may be incomplete or outdated, and they are not a substitute for speaking with the business directly. When no saved answer matches, the responder says so and hands the visitor to the business by text or email.

Anything a visitor reads in the widget is the account owner's own saved wording, shown automatically. It is not a binding quote, price, offer or commitment, even where an amount is mentioned, and prices, availability and terms may change without the saved answer being updated. Owners are encouraged to keep answers general and to invite visitors to request an exact quote for their situation, and we may add wording to that effect to any saved answer that names an amount.

We cannot guarantee that the self-paste Smart Installer, sending the code to your web person, or any other do-it-yourself method will work on every site — themes, site builders, caching layers and security plugins differ. The proper way to install any code is to first create a full backup of your website files and database so you have a fail-safe copy to restore if something goes wrong and you can always revert back to your original site and start over. We are not responsible if you or a third party fail to back up your site before attempting the installation, or if you do not know how to restore it.

Our optional Install For You is a one-time $119.99 service. Your card is authorized when you book and charged only after we confirm the widget is live. If we take the job and the widget never registers on your site, you get that $119.99 install fee back — no questions asked. Once it is confirmed live the fee is earned and non-refundable, and it is separate from your monthly subscription. We never ask for your website password; you invite our support address as an admin instead, and you can remove that access as soon as the install is confirmed.

You never need our permission or an app-store approval to install by hand — the same code can always be copied and pasted into your own site. That code is, however, tied to your account and to the website registered to it: it will not load on any other domain. Each time it loads we record the domain, time and request count so we can confirm the install, keep the code from being reused elsewhere, and bill and support your account correctly. That monitoring is described in our Privacy Policy.
