RetainLeads is a service of Life More Abundantly LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information through RetainLeads.com and our services.

• Information you give us when you sign up or contact us: name, business name, email, phone number, and business details.
• Billing information: payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. We keep your billing name, email, transaction history and subscription status.
• Website usage: basic information such as pages visited and chat widget conversations, which may be recorded to help us respond.
• Information processed for our clients: when we run automations for a business, we process the contact details and messages of that business’s customers on the business’s behalf.

3. How We Use Information

To set up and provide our services, communicate with you, process payments, refunds and cancellations, send account and service messages, monthly results emails, and payment reminders, improve our services, and meet legal and tax requirements.

4. Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and agree, we may send you account, onboarding, service and support text messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Sharing Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our services (such as hosting, CRM, phone and texting carriers, AI providers, and payment processing), when required by law, or with your permission. We do not sell personal information.

6. Refunds, Cancellations and Records

If you request a refund or cancel, we keep records of that request as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

We keep information while you are a client and as long as needed afterward for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
