1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of RetainLeads.com and the services provided by RetainLeads, a service of Life More Abundantly LLC (“RetainLeads,” “we,” “us”). By signing up for a plan or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

RetainLeads provides done-for-you business automation services, including missed-call text-back, Google review requests, website chat, text follow-up, AI call answering, websites, and related tools, as described on our pricing page for each plan. Features vary by plan.

3. Plans and Billing

Core, Growth and Pro are billed monthly, starting on your signup date. Business Solutions is provided under a separate written service agreement, which governs that plan where it differs from these terms. Setup fees shown as “Gifted Free” are waived and are not charged.

4. Included Usage

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of texts and, on Growth and Pro, AI voice minutes. Texts are counted in standard carrier segments. Allowances reset each billing cycle and do not carry over. Additional usage is available by quote.

5. Texting and Carrier Approval

Texting features begin after carrier registration is approved, which usually takes about a week. Missed-call text-back and automated replies are subject to carrier standards and usage limits. We are not responsible for delays or message blocking caused by carriers.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Core, Growth and Pro include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of your signup date. For annual plans, this means a full refund of your first annual payment. The guarantee applies once per business.

Eligibility.

To qualify, your onboarding must be complete and call forwarding to your RetainLeads number must be turned on, so the service had a fair chance to work for your business.

Usage Beyond Your Plan.

Charges for texts or AI voice minutes beyond your plan’s included amounts are non-refundable.

After the First 30 Days.

Payments made after the first 30 days are non-refundable, including the remaining months of an annual plan. You may cancel anytime. Cancelling stops all future charges and renewals. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.

Business Solutions.

Refunds and cancellation for Business Solutions follow your written service agreement.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel.

Email support@retainleads.com with your business name and the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Pause or Downgrade.

Before cancelling, you can ask to pause your account or move to a lower plan.

Chargebacks.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be paused until it is resolved.

7. After Cancellation

When your service ends, automations, AI answering, texting and websites we host stop. You keep your own phone number and your Google reviews. You own your domain; websites we built are hosted and maintained only while you are a client.

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully, including following texting consent rules, and to provide accurate business information. We may suspend service for misuse, spam, or non-payment.

10. Results

We work to help you answer more calls, follow up faster and get more reviews, but results vary by business and we do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, reviews, bookings or revenue. Example conversations, reviews and reports on our site are fictional illustrations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
