How the payment works

1. 1. A hold, not a charge. When you book, your card is authorized for $119.99. It shows as pending. No money moves.
2. 2. We install it. Most installs are finished within 2 business days.
3. 3. You're charged when it's live. We only capture the hold after we've confirmed your assistant renders on your real website.
4. 4. If we can't finish, you pay nothing. The hold is released and expires on its own after about 7 days.

What's included

• Express activation. We place your unique code line into your site's global footer so it runs on every page.
• Fail-safe. We make a backup copy of your files in your web platform before we change anything, so nothing is lost.
• Live verification. We load your real site and confirm the assistant appears and opens.
• Lifetime free updates. Install once, update forever. Colors, wording, questions and answers all change from your dashboard — the code on your site never needs touching again, and updates are always free.

The ground rules

• Finish setting up your assistant in your dashboard first — we install what's saved.
• Placement only. Design and wording changes stay in your dashboard, where they're free.
• We never ask for your website password. Instead, invite support@retainleads.com as an admin or collaborator on your platform. You can remove that access the moment we confirm it's live — or we can get on a live video call and walk you through how to do it and help you get it done. The same one-time $119.99 fee applies.
• Once it's confirmed live and the $119.99 is charged, that fee is non-refundable, and it's separate from your $24.99/month plan — cancelling the plan does not refund the install. We will try to get to you as soon as possible, usually within a 24–48 hour period. During high volume it may take as much as 3–5 days. If your 7-day card hold lapses before we reach you, you keep your place in line but the order will have to be resubmitted. Note: online calls take longer to get scheduled and finished than the admin/collaborator option.
• If the widget never registers on your site, you get your $119.99 install fee back — no questions asked. That's the whole point of the hold — you never pay for an install that didn't land.
• We can't guarantee the self-paste installer, sending the code to your web person, or any other do-it-yourself method will work on every site — themes, builders and security plugins differ. We don't take responsibility for code that a third party pastes, edits or removes.
